ELIGIBILITY OF PURCHASE
The purchase of WARDROBE FASHION merchandise is strictly limited to parties who can lawfully enter into and form contracts on the Site.
In order to make purchases through the Site, you will be requested to register and provide your personal details. In particular, customers must provide their real name, phone number, e-mail address and other requested information as indicated. Furthermore, when ordering items, you will be required to provide payment details and you represent and warrant that the payment details you provide on ordering are both valid and correct and you confirm that you are the person referred to in the billing information provided.
The Site is available only to individuals and others who meet the WARDROBE FASHION terms of eligibility, who have been issued a valid credit card by a bank acceptable to WARDROBE FASHION, whose applications are acceptable to WARDROBE FASHION and who have authorised WARDROBE FASHION to process a charge or charges on their credit card in the amount of the total purchase price for the merchandise which they purchase. Purchases made on the site are for personal or gift use of the buyer only and are not to be used for re-sale, commercial purposes or any other commercial benefit.
Moreover, by making an offer to purchase merchandise, you expressly authorise us to perform credit checks and, where WARDROBE FASHION feels necessary, to transmit or to obtain information (including any updated information) about you to or from third parties from time to time.
All orders are subject to availability. Products for sale are in stock and available for dispatch from our online store. WARDROBE FASHION strives to fulfil all orders, however in the case an order can not be fulfilled you will be notified within 48 hours. When you place a WARDROBE FASHION order you enter into a sales contact, if you wish to cancel you are liable for any shipping and handling charges incurred by WARDROBE FASHION. The completion of the contract between you and WARDROBE FASHION is finalised once we despatch the goods to you. We reserve the right not to accept your order in the event, for example, that we are unable to obtain authorisation for payment, that shipping restrictions apply to a particular item, that the item ordered is out of stock or does not satisfy our quality control standards and is withdrawn, or that you do not meet the eligibility criteria set-out above. Furthermore, we may refuse to process a transaction for any reason or refuse service to anyone at any time at our sole discretion. We will not be liable to you or any third party by reason of our withdrawing any merchandise from the site whether or not that merchandise has been sold; removing, screening or editing any materials or content on the site; refusing to process a transaction or unwinding or suspending any transaction after processing has begun.

After ordering online, you will receive an email confirmation from eWAY containing your order details (if you have provided your email address). We will normally confirm receipt of your order within a few minutes of ordering. We will attempt to send your goods via Express Post within 2 - 5 working days; however if goods are unavailable delivery will take a little longer. Refund & Returns Policy
If for any reason you are not completely satisfied with your purchase we will give you a 14 day money-back guarantee from the time you receive the goods. Please email us at firstname.lastname@example.org within that time if you are not satisfied with your purchase so that we can resolve any problems. This refund policy does not apply to goods which have been worn or used, damaged after delivery, or if any attempt has been made to alter the product or if they have been dropped or broken. All products must be returned in their original condition. All postage and insurance costs are to be paid by the buyer. We recommend that you return the product via Registered post and that you pre pay all postage. You assume any risk of lost, theft or damaged goods during transit & therefore advise you take out shipment registration of insurance with your postal carrier. Wardrobe Fashion will not be responsible for parcels lost or damaged in transit if you choose not to insure.

Express Shipping is free when you spend $300 or more.
Australia: Express Post, delivery 2 - 4 business days.
We use Australia Post for all deliveries (Australia & Internationally) so we can deliver to any postal address recognised by Australia post.

All International deliveries include Tracking. Please allow 6+ business days for delivery.
If you are not home when your goods are delivered a card will be left by Australia Post and your goods will be returned to your nearest Postal collection centre for collection at your convenience. This way we can ensure your goods are safe.
Once parcels are collected from our office they are then property of Australia Post. Wardrobe Fashion is legally not responsible for lost or damaged goods. We have a Click and Collect feature.
You can select the store you wish to collect from in the delivery section of the checkout (eg. Click and Collect Applecross). Click and Collect orders will be available 24hours after your order on the next business day. You will be notified by email when your goods are ready for collection.
