RETURNS ON FULL PRICED ITEMS (ONLINE PURCHASES ONLY)
- As we understand you cannot try garments on before purchasing, we are happy to provide you a refund or credit, provided you have lodged your return through our online portal & your garment/s arrive back to our head office within 14 days of your receipt of your order.
- You can choose between:
1) A full refund
(if you received free shipping on your order: minus $10 to cover the original cost of shipping )
(refunds are processed up to 14 business days from receipt into our office) ... or ...
2) A credit note to the value of your full purchase price including your shipping costs
- Garments should be returned new, unused and with all designer tags still attached.
- Returns that are damaged*, soiled, tags removed or altered may not be accepted and will be sent back to the customer.
- We will not accept the return of items that have make-up stains, animal hair or deodorant marks/smell as these are signs of wear.
- It is essential that returned items have not been worn, all labels are attached, and that you take care to protect the item/s when posting.
- If garments are marked by you, we have the right to return them to you and not authorise a refund.
RETURNS ON "SALE ITEMS", "DISCOUNTED ITEMS", "DISCOUNT CODE ITEMS", "$DOLLAR OFF CODE ITEMS" AND "ANY OTHER PROMOTIONAL CODE ITEMS" OF ONLINE PURCHASES
- SALE ITEMS, DISCOUNTED ITEMS, DISCOUNT CODE ITEMS, $DOLLAR OFF CODE ITEMS and ANY OTHER PROMOTIONAL CODE ITEMS can be returned for a CREDIT NOTE only, except for Clearance Sale items, see below in red.
- Refunds on sale and discounted items will not be provided for change of mind or ordering the incorrect size.
- We cannot process exchanges during sale time, so if you need a different size you will need to place another order.
- STORE PICKUP IS NOT AVAILABLE DURING SALE PERIOD.
For Clearance Sale items, we do not accept any returns, refunds, credit notes or exchanges as these items are priced very low to clear. Please choose carefully when purchasing.
LATE RETURNS OF ONLINE PURCHASES
- If your returned item reaches us later than 14 days after your receipt date, we will offer a CREDIT NOTE or EXCHANGE only.
STORE RETURNS OF IN-STORE PURCHASES
- Due to the nature of the purchase, we do not give refunds for change of mind.
- Goods may only be exchanged or a credit note issued within 7 days of purchase with receipt.
- Refunds will only be offered on faulty garments.
HOW TO OBTAIN A REFUND
- You can obtain a refund for your online purchase by sending it back to our head office after you have lodged your return on the link above or notified us by email on firstname.lastname@example.org.
- Please enclose your completed returns form (with your order number) and garments, and post back to us using a traceable mail method within 14 days of delivery.
- We recommend you choose express post to ensure your return arrives back to us within our returns policy period.
- Customers are responsible for return shipping charges and ensuring the parcel arrives to us safely.
- We cannot process returns on missing parcels or items that are damaged in transit on the way back to us.
- During promotions that include a "Free gift with purchase", if an entire order is returned for a refund or credit note, the gift must also be returned with the garment/s. The RRP value of the gift will be deducted from the refund or credit note if the gifted item is not returned.
- Your refund with be processed up to 14 business days after the receipt of your return into our office.

- On the off chance, you receive a garment that is faulty, you must inform us within 3 days of receipt and return the unworn item within 7 days of receipt for us to replace or refund.
- Please note that items that have been damaged due to wear and tear, or from being washed incorrectly, are not considered to be faulty, therefore are not eligible for exchange or refund.
- We provide care labels on all of our garments to ensure they keep their original quality. If your garment is damaged because it was washed incorrectly we do not accept them back for return.
EXCHANGES ON AUSTRALIAN ORDERS
If you would like to exchange an online purchase for another style or size please contact us via email on email@example.com
- Items received in exchange (for original order) are not eligible for a refund and can instead be exchanged for an item of the same value or credit note (as long as they arrive to us within 14 days of receipt).
- You can also exchange full price merchandise in any of our stores within 14 days of receipt. Please contact firstname.lastname@example.org, and notify us of your contact details and the size and style that you require so we can confirm availability. We will then advise you of a store nearest to you where you can exchange for the size you require.
- For all exchanges, please ensure that the item(s) are unworn and in the original condition in which you received them and remember to include your receipt to verify your purchase.
EXCHANGES ON INTERNATIONAL ORDERS
- International orders have 30 days from delivery to return the item for exchange or refund due to longer shipping times.
- Due to high demand during sale, stock discrepancies may occur and although we make every effort to fulfill your order, any items that are unavailable will be refunded. Unfortunately, we cannot contact you personally if your order is affected, we apologise for any disappointment and you'll receive an email notification that a refund has been processed.
