Returns & Exchanges

If you are not completely happy with your purchase, please read our returns policy and conditions carefully to ensure you are eligible to return. All eligible returns are accepted for store credit in the form of a credit note.

 

Please note that our returns policy has changed as of 22/12/20. The return of orders placed before 22/12/20 are eligible for a refund (on full priced product, the refund will be issued within 14 business days of receipt of the returned item in our warehouse), credit note or exchange. The return of orders placed on or after 22/12/20 are eligible for a credit note or exchange.



AUSTRALIA & NEW ZEALAND


Conditions of RETURN/EXCHANGE:

- Items must be returned within 14 days of purchase if you wish to return or exchange. Items received outside this time period will not be accepted.

- All SALE and DISCOUNTED item/s are non-refundable or exchangeable. Including items purchased through promotion. Shipping costs are non-refundable.

- Your return/exchange is lodged through our RETURNS PORTAL.

- Items must be returned with tags attached and in its original condition and packaging.
Returns/exchanges will not be processed for items that have been worn, washed or altered.

- We DO NOT offer refunds for change of mind, but will happily exchange the size or give a store credit. Store credits are valid for 12 months.

- Refunds are only issued for items that are deemed to have a manufacturing fault. Refunds under these circumstances will be processed within 14 business days of the receipt of your returned parcel. Please note that items which have been damaged as a result of 'wear and tear' are not considered to be faulty. In accordance with Consumer Affairs, where possible, we will offer to repair faulty items. All returns/exchanges/refunds are subject to quality inspection by Wardrobe Fashion management and final decisions are made at their discretion.

 

 

How to RETURN an item for a Store Credit Note:

Returning is quick and easy! Simply, follow the steps below:

1. Lodge your return via RETURN PORTAL. Click here

2. Follow the prompts to complete the lodgement. You will need your order number, name on the order and name of the items you're returning.

3. Feel free to repack your items back in the original packaging.

4. Complete the returns form & include the completed returns form on the inside of your package.

5. Organise the shipment of your return using the courier of your choice.

6. Once your return is received at our warehouse, it will take 3 - 6 days for your return to be processed. After processing has completed, an email will be sent containing your store credit note.

 

 

If you need to EXCHANGE an item:

Returning is quick and easy! Simply, follow the steps below:

 

1. Lodge your return via RETURN PORTAL. Click here

2. Follow the prompts on the portal & select ‘exchange’ as your return option.

3. Fill out the returns form included in your online order packaging & make sure you reference your exchange.

4. Post the package back to us at the above address with the item for exchange with the completed returns form. Returns/exchange shipping is at the expense of the customer.

5. We will contact you via email or phone call to arrange your exchange item.

 

 

Stock Availability:

If an item you order is out of stock, we will contact you as soon as possible and based on your preference, either cancel or refund the item ordered that is unavailable.
