Placing an Order
All prices are stated in Australian Dollars (AUD) and include Goods and Services Tax (GST).

Can I change my online order once I have placed it?
Once you click the “Confirm” button, your order begins to process and you are unable to make further changes. We are not able to combine orders or change sizes. If you are unhappy with your purchase once it arrives, you're welcome to return it for a refund or credit (excludes shipping costs). 

I have seen something advertised/promoted I would like to buy but I can’t find it Online?

If that is the case simply email us at info@thewardrobe.com.au and we will try to find the item for you or recommend something similar we think you might like.

I have a promotion/discount code; how do I redeem it?

When you are at the last stage of checkout there will be a promotion code textbox; simply enter your promotion code and hit Submit. If the code is valid you will see a tag beside the products that it has been applied to.

What payment methods do you accept?

We accept mastercard and visa card via our secure online payment processing from Eway.

How will I know the size I select will fit?

Most of our products are in Australian sizes, for more information please refer to our size charts

The item I like is out of stock, can you order more in?

Please contact us at info@thewardrobe.com.au with the colour, name and size of the item and we can advise if more of your selected item will become available.

Delivery &  Pickup

What are the Shipping Costs?

Express Shipping is $10, with Free Express shipping for any order over $200

How long will it take to get my order?

Australia: Express Post, delivery 2 - 5 business days. There is also a pick up in - store option in metro Perth or Bunbury where our stores are located, see details below.

Do you deliver to Post Office Boxes?

Yes we use Australia Post for all deliveries so we can deliver to any postal address recognised by Australia post.

Do you deliver to international addresses?

We ship anywhere in the world via Australia Post for a flat fee of $30 AUD.

Can I track my order?

Yes a tracking number will be provided by email when your order is dispatched. You can track the goods using this tracking number on the Australia Post website.

What if I am not at home when my order gets delivered?

A card will be left by Australia Post and your goods will be returned to your nearest Postal collection centre for collection at your convenience. This way we can ensure your goods are safe.

What happens of my parcel does not arrive or is lost in transit?

Once parcels are collected from our office they are then the property of Australia Post. Wardrobe Fashion is legally not responsible for lost or damaged goods. Please ensure shipping confirmation details are kept securely in case further investigation is required. For more information please email info@thewardrobe.com.au

Can I have an item from the website delivered to my local store?

Yes we have a Click and Collect feature. You can select the store you wish to collect from in the delivery section of the checkout (eg. Click and Collect Applecross).  You will be notified by email when your goods are ready for collection.

Returns Policy

What is your Returns Policy?

We are happy to provide you a refund or credit, should you post your garment/s back to us within 14 days of receiving.

Garments should be returned new, unused and with all relevant tags still attached. Returns that are damaged, soiled or altered may not be accepted and may be sent back to the customer. Please note we do not offer exchange or refund on sale items.

*Please note that items that have been damaged due to wear and tear, or from being washed incorrectly, are not considered to be faulty, therefore are not eligible for exchange or refund.

We provide care labels on all of our garments to ensure they keep their original quality. If your garment is damaged because it was washed incorrectly we do not accept them back for return 

You can only obtain a refund for your online purchase by sending it back to our head office via post after you have notified us by email info@thewardrobe.com.au.   

How do I return my Garment?

 Customers are responsible for return shipping/postal charges.

Please enclose your completed return form and garment, and post back to us using a traceable mail method within 14 days of delivery.

It is essential that returned items have not been worn, all labels are attached, and that you take care to protect the item/s when posting. 

If garments are marked by you, we have the right to return them to you and not authorise a refund.

Can I exchange my online purchase at any store?

Yes, you can exchange full price merchandise in any of our stores within 14 days of receipt.  Please contact info@thewardrobe.com.au and notify us of your contact details and the size and style that you require so we can confirm availability. We will then advise you of a store nearest to you where you can exchange for the size you require.

For all exchanges, please ensure that the item(s) are unworn and in the original condition in which you received them and remember to include your receipt to verify your purchase. 

LOYALTY CLUB (INSTORE)

I have received a voucher in the post can I use this to order online?

At this stage you cannot redeem store vouchers online. If you would like anymore details on this you can contact us on info@thewardrobe.com.au and we will do our best to assist.

How do I update my VIP account details?

You can update your account details by contacting us at info@thewardrobe.com.au

How do I unsubscribe from your E-mailing list?

You can unsubscribe from our mailing list at any time by using the unsubscribe function which is located at the bottom of all email contact made by us. By unsubscribing we will not be able to contact you for your loyalty reward vouchers and other special discounts.
