    • We use Australia Post for all deliveries (Australia & New Zealand) so we can deliver to any postal address recognised by Australia post.
    • If you are not home when your goods are delivered Australia Post will leave a card for collection at your nearest Australia Post Outlet. To ensure your order arrives safely, we do not allow a 'Safe Drop'*.
    • *Safe Drop is when the delivery person finds a suitable place at the delivery address where they can safely leave your parcel if it doesn’t fit in your mailbox or if you’re not home to receive it. We send all our parcels with Safe Drop not allowed to ensure the safety of your purchase.
    • Once parcels are collected from our office they are then the property of Australia Post. Wardrobe Fashion is legally not responsible for lost or damaged goods. Please ensure shipping confirmation details are kept securely in case further investigation is required.

     

    PRE ORDERS

    • We occasionally offer Pre Order items. This means we have guaranteed stock on its way from our supplier and we can offer it for our customers to secure on our online store.
    • As it is not currently in stock, you will need to read the item description carefully to decide if you can wait for the expected arrival date.
    • This date is an expected delivery date given to us by the supplier. We cannot accept responsibility for delays out of our control.
    • All pre order sales are final and cannot be cancelled. Pre orders can not be exchanged before delivery.
    • Any other items that you order together with a pre order item will be held until the pre order item/s arrive. Should you need the other items sooner, please made a separate order. If you have already made the purchase, please contact by email or phone to make the changes.

     

    PROMOTIONAL, PEAK AND SALE PERIOD

    • Please allow up to 6 business days for your order to be dispatched from our warehouse during promotional, peak and sale periods.
    • Due to high demand during sale, stock discrepancies may occur and although we make every effort to fulfill your order, any items that are unavailable will be refunded. Unfortunately, we cannot contact you personally if your order is affected, we apologise for any disappointment and you'll receive an email notification that a refund has been processed.
    • You will receive a shipping confirmation email once your order has been sent, along with a tracking number so you can track your order via Australia Post's website https://auspost.com.au

    If you are not completely happy with your purchase, please read our returns policy and conditions carefully to ensure you are eligible to return. All eligible returns are accepted for store credit in the form of a gift card

    Conditions of RETURN/EXCHANGE:

    - Items must be returned within 14 days of purchase if you wish to return or exchange. Items received outside this time period will not be accepted.

    - All SALE and DISCOUNTED item/s are non-refundable or exchangeable. Including items purchased through promotion.
    Shipping costs are non-refundable.

    - Your return/exchange is lodged through our RETURNS PORTAL.

    - Items must be returned with tags attached and in its original condition and packaging.
    Returns/exchanges will not be processed for items that have been worn, washed or altered.

    - We DO NOT offer refunds for change of mind, but will happily exchange the size or give a store credit. Store credits are valid for 6 months.

    - Refunds are only issued for items that are deemed to have a manufacturing fault. Please note that items which have been damaged as a result of 'wear and tear' are not considered to be faulty. In accordance with Consumer Affairs, where possible, we will offer to repair faulty items. All returns/exchanges/refunds are subject to quality inspection by Wardrobe Fashion management and final decisions are made at their discretion.

     

    How to RETURN an item:

    Returning is quick and easy! Simply, follow the steps below:

    1. Lodge your return via RETURN PORTAL. Click here

    2. Follow the prompts to complete the lodgement. You will need your order number, name on the order and name of the items you're returning.

    3. Feel free to repack your items back in the original packaging.

    4. Complete the returns form & include the completed returns form on the inside of your package.

    5. Organise the shipment of your return using the courier of your choice

    6. Once your return is received at our warehouse, it will take 3 - 6 days for your return to be processed. After processing has completed, an email will be sent containing your store credit.

    3. Fill out the returns form included in your online order packaging & make sure you reference your exchange.

    4. Post the package back to us at the above address with the item for exchange with the completed returns form. Returns/exchange shipping is at the expense of the customer.

     

     

    Stock Availability:

    If an item you order is out of stock, we will contact you as soon as possible and based on your preference, either cancel or refund the item ordered that is unavailable.
