Joseph Ribkoff Giveway - Competition Terms & Conditions
This competition is open to residents of Australia aged 18 years or over. There is no entry fee and no purchase necessary to enter this competition. By entering this competition, an entrant is indicating his/her agreement to be bound by these terms and conditions.
Route to entry for the competition and details of how to enter are via Facebook and Instagram. Only one entry will be accepted per person unless the person also subscribes to the Wardrobe Fashion newsletter, in which case an additional entry will be awarded to them, with a maximum of 2 entries per person to be granted. Wardrobe Fashion reserve the right to remove any entries from the draw at their discretion in cases including, but not limited to having supplied fake information or if the tagged friends are in fact fake profiles.
Closing date for the entry will be March 15, 2018 at 5pm AWST with the winner being drawn after this time. After this date no further entries to the competition will be permitted. The winner will be announced the Wardrobe Fashion Instagram and Facebook accounts on March 16, 2018.
No responsibility can be accepted by Wardrobe Fashion for entries not received for whatever reason.
By entering and participating, entrant agrees to hold harmless, defend and indemnify Facebook and Instagram from and against any and all claims, demands, liability, damages or causes of action (however named or described), losses, costs or expenses, with respect to or arising out of or related to (i) entrant’s participation in the Sweepstake, or (ii) entrant’s participation in any Prize related activities, acceptance of a Prize and/or use or misuse of a Prize (including, without limitation, any property loss, damage, personal injury or death caused to any person(s).
This promotion is in no way sponsored, endorsed or administered by, or associated with Facebook or Instagram, or the brand Joseph Ribkoff.
The rules of the competition and how to enter are as follows:
To gain 1 (one) entry into the draw, the entrant must complete the following:
Step 1:
- The entrant must like the Wardrobe Fashion Facebook page at https://www.facebook.com/WARDROBEFASHIONSTORES and must still like the page at the time of drawing the competition winner, OR
- The entrant must follow the Wardrobe Fashion Instagram profile at https://www.instagram.com/wardrobefashionperth/ and must still be an active follower at the time of drawing the competition winner.
AND Step 2:
- The entrant must LIKE the competition post on whichever platform (Facebook or Instagram) they are entering the competition via.
AND Step 3:
- The entrant must tag 3 friends in the comments section of the competition post. Wardrobe Fashion must be able to easily identify that these are in fact real profiles and not fake ones, which will result in disqualification of the draw.
And additional 1 (one) entry can be obtained by completing the following:
- Visiting the Wardrobe Fashion website at www.thewardrobe.com.au and subscribing to the Wardrobe Fashion newsletter. The entrant must still be a valid email subscriber at the time of drawing the winner.
Wardrobe Fashion shall have the right, at its sole discretion and at any time, to change or modify these terms and conditions; such changes will be effective immediately upon posting to this webpage. Wardrobe Fashion also reserves the right to cancel the competition if circumstances arise outside of its control.
Wardrobe Fashion is not responsible for inaccurate prize details supplied to any entrant by any third party connected with this competition.
The prize is as follows: Win 1 (one) piece of Joseph Ribkoff clothing available from the present range offered by Wardrobe Fashion. Free postage anywhere in Australia or New Zealand will also be provided to the winner.
The prize is as stated and no cash or other alternatives will be offered. The prize is not transferable. Prizes are subject to availability and we reserve the right to substitute any prize with another of equivalent value without giving notice.
Winners will be chosen at random by software, from all entries received and verified by Promoter or its agents. The winner will be announced on March 15 via a post on both the Wardrobe Fashion Facebook and Instagram pages. If the winner cannot be contacted or fails to claim the prize within 14 days of notification, we reserve the right to withdraw the prize from the winner and pick a replacement winner, provided the replacement winner meets the competition entries.
The promoter will notify the winner when and where the prize can be collected/is delivered. Wardrobe Fashion will organise postage of the prize to the entrant’s nominated postal address within Australia or New Zealand, no later than 28 days of the competition closing date.
The promoter’s decision in respect of all matters to do with the competition will be final and no correspondence will be entered into.
By entering this competition, an entrant is indicating his/her agreement to be bound by these terms and conditions.
The competition and these terms and conditions will be governed by Australian law and any disputes will be subject to the jurisdiction of the courts of Western Australia.
The winner agrees to the use of his/her name and image in any publicity material, as well as their entry. The winner consents that by entering this competition, they are agreeing to be added to Wardrobe Fashion’s mailing list and receive marketing and promotional email until which time they choose to unsubscribe. Any personal data relating to the winner or any other entrants will be used solely in accordance with current Australian data protection legislation and will not be disclosed to a third party without the entrant’s prior consent.
The winner’s name will be available 28 days after the closing date by emailing the following address: online@thewardrobe.com.au.
Entry into the competition will be deemed as acceptance of these terms and conditions. You are providing your information to Wardrobe Fashion and any associated marketing and consulting companies (who are permitted by law to respect your privacy and not use your information in any other way but to benefit Wardrobe Fashion) and not to any other party.
