Why can't I get express shipping?
As logistics across Australia is slightly delayed right now, we are unable to offer express shipping at this time.
Why is my order coming in two or more parcels?
We are now drop shipping orders, this means that some of the items in your order will be sent from one of our suppliers. These suppliers are located in either VIC or NSW. You will receive two tracking numbers so that you can keep an eye on both items on their journey to you
Can I do click and collect if i'm in W.A?
Yes you can select the Click and Collect Mt Lawley Store option from the delivery methods at the checkout. Our store staff will call you once the order is ready for pick-up.
I can't get through to your 1800 number. Can I still call?
Our office hours have been reduced, therefore if you are trying to get through after 2PM AWST we cannot take your call. Please call between the hours of 9.00AM - 2.00PM to speak to one of our customer service representatives. Please email email@example.com for all general enquiries.
When will I receive my refund?
We endeavour to process returns within 14 business days of receipt. If your refund will take longer than this we will send you an email notification. If you would not like to wait for your refund you are able to get a credit note + 10%. Please email firstname.lastname@example.org to receive a credit note.
