Ordered styles can be delivered to your home or to our Mount Lawley store and try-ons, pick-ups and refunds can be handled from there. Please reach out and get as much help as you need to shop comfortably with us.

Why is my order coming in two parcels?
We are now drop shipping orders, this means that some of the items in your order will be sent from one of our suppliers. These suppliers are located in either VIC or NSW. You will receive two tracking numbers so that you can keep an eye on both items on their journey to you
When are your W.A stores opening?
Unfortunately we are not opening our stores as of yet. Please keep an eye on our social media and sign up to our newsletter to keep updated on the opening of our stores. We are still shipping orders everyday to ensure that they arrive quickly straight to your door.
Can I do click and collect if i'm in W.A?
Yes you can select the Click and Collect Mt Lawley Store option from the delivery methods at the checkout. Our store staff will call you once the order is ready for pick-up.
I can't get through to your 1800 number. Can I still call?
Our office hours have been reduced, therefore if you are trying to get through after 2PM AWST we cannot take your call. Please call between the hours of 8.30AM - 2.00PM to speak to one of our customer service representatives. Please email firstname.lastname@example.org for all general enquiries.
When will I receive my refund?
We endeavour to process returns within 14 business days of receipt. If your refund will take longer than this we will send you an email notification. If you would not like to wait for your refund you are able to get a credit note + 10%. Please email email@example.com to receive a credit note.
